An emerging mining contractor, based on Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi is looking for candidate for “Finance Administration Coordinator”.
 
Job Description:
  1. Coordinating with Project PIC to follow up Project reports submission
  2. Recap and review reports from all Project
  3. Submit Project Reconcilliation Report to Accounting and Tax Department
  4. Control and monitoring petty cash, incoming bank transfer and vendor payment
  5. Coordinating with Accounting and Tax Department for invoicing process
  6. Follow up payment to customer
 
Requirements:
  1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  2. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (Excel), finance administration, internal control, petty cash and bank disbursment, reconciliation, reporting.
  4. Good communication skills, honest, 
  5. Good initiative, proactive and able to work under minimal supervision.
  6. Willing to be placed at Kendari.
